WHO WE ARE
After attending the British Columbia Institute of Technology, Nevin Middleton formed Generation West Homebuilders in British Columbia, successfully renovating and building homes and commercial projects throughout British Columbia and Washington state. He also co-owned Blue Marble Energy Alternatives which specialized in supplying and installing solar thermal systems. Nevin’s passion is building environmentally-friendly structures, with as many green and innovative features as possible, to reduce operating and maintenance costs..
His desire to bring these technologies to the U.S. prompted him to move his family and establish his home base in Ocean Shores, WA, naming his new company Innovation Homes, LLC. Nevin was promptly commissioned to build new custom homes on the golf course in Semiahmoo and in Ferndale on the Ocean. He is a “hands-on” contractor who maintains a close working relationship with his trusted subcontractors and crews, as well as being easily accessible to his clients. While Innovation Homes USA (INHUSA) primarily serves British Columbia and Washington state, the company has also partnered with entities on the U.S. east coast.
Innovation Homes (INHUSA) is a newcomer to the Northwest Washington marketplace. We have completed new custom homes in Semiahmoo on the golf course, and in Ferndale on the Ocean. INHUSA evolved from our original company, Generation West Homebuilders, which served British Columbia, Canada, for many years.
Our USA venture was precipitated by our vision to bring innovative building techniques and products unique to the Canadian climate to the Washington area. We believe in environmentally friendly applications that improve the final product and lower the home's operating costs, while keeping the cost of construction affordable.
We strive to build you a home that is safe for your family, more economical to operate than others of similar size and style ... a home that reflects your vision, and exceeds expectations. Your satisfaction means everything to us and adds to the pride in our work. Our motto is "Old school values; Modern ideas."
